Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid dashboard and analytics consultancy packages listed on epionda.digital. Custom enterprise statements of work may include alternate terms stated in writing.
2. Cooling-Off Period
For consumers in Korea, you may cancel within 14 days of contract signing if services have not substantially begun, per applicable consumer protection rules.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when we cancel an engagement, fail to commence per agreed timeline without your consent, or when statutory cancellation rights apply before work begins.
4. Partial Refunds
If you cancel after kickoff, refunds are prorated against completed milestones documented in the statement of work. Delivered assets remain subject to IP terms.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party license fees, travel already incurred, and completed milestone deliverables are non-refundable. Deposits for reserved team capacity may be non-refundable after 7 days.
6. Request Process
Email [email protected] with your name, engagement ID, and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days and respond with a decision within 14 business days.
7. Processing and Exceptions
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Force majeure, client failure to provide required access, or scope changes initiated by you may adjust eligibility as documented in the statement of work.
